Salary
Job security
Benefits
Challenging work
Working with other people
Work schedule
Commute time
Advancement possibilities
Company social activities
Company size
Travel
Location (big city, suburban, etc.)

For me:

Benefits (the only reason I'm not retired yet)
Salary
Job Security
Travel (vacations, not on-the-job travel)
Location
Work Schedule
Commute Time

The rest (advancement, social, size) I don't care about.

1. Salary

4. Location
5. Job security
6. Benefits
7. Advancement possibilities
8. Challenging work

I would add to your list "Job Satisfaction" (ie: work that you enjoy doing; liking the people you work with; having a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day; etc). That would probably rank number 2 for me. If I had a job licking stamps all day or scrubbing toilets, I'd probably quit after so long regardless of 'salary' or 'benefits'.

The ones that matter most to me in order:

Salary
Benefits
Job security
Work schedule
Commute time
Location (big city, suburban, etc.)

I opted for a 4-day week as interim to retirement, which I cannot afford to do.
I still use company health insurance which is cheaper than Medicare.
I need to be within biking distance from work - Public Transit takes more time.

Salary and benefits. Everything thing else is secondary.
