    I wear T-shirt, cutoff shorts and flips most of the time so it would be hard to be more underdressed than me. Of course the last crowd of ppl I was in while dressed like that was the Occupy Miami gathering and I don't think I stood out particularly.

    That's a hard one. I would have to say underdressed because then I would be comfortable and embarrassed and not just embarrassed!
