    I don't have any head phones. But I do fall asleep to music from my phone sometimes.

    I usually would wear the headphones watching TV. I have fallen asleep with them on.

    I have fallen to sleep with headphones on before but never went to bed with them. Most of the time I need complete silence when I sleep, music is distracting for me.
