Since becoming an adult, have you ever slept in a bed with someone who wasn't a lover/significant other or a family member?

Do you mean in a platonic way? If so, no.

Yes, I've had friends (girl) sleep in the same bed with me.

When I was a teen, spent the night in a sleepover with my buddy.
In the '70s I was crashing with some women friends whom I had not had sex with. One was missing her B/F and asked me to sleep with her, which I did. We cuddled but did not have sexual contact. Just a friend helping her 'make it thru the nite' kinda thing.
When I was married I was traveling alone and stopped off in Atlanta to visit a bisexual friend of me and my wife. She had a fight with her G/F that day and we ended up sharing the guest bed for the nite. Nothing sexual came of it, but I was having ideas, which I wrote in a porn piece "Pals."

Yes. Shared a hotel room with a friend on holiday in Paris. Unfortunately there was only one bed in the room. Fortunately, it was king sized so there was no significant impact of the event.

Kind've. In a Green Tortoise bus where the seats fold down into beds. Had to share mine with a guy but it was cool. And, yes, that was a solo travel.

We didn't HAVE to....but once in college my best friend, her line brother, and his friend (whom my best friend was crushing on) all came to visit. Since nobody wanted to be left out sleeping on the couch in the living room, everyone decided to pile up boy-girl-girl-boy in my dorm's full sized bed. That was interesting and awkward.

Yes. A gay friend and I used to share a room and a bed when we traveled together if single rooms were less expensive at hotels or b&b's.
