My sleep habits will always have one thing in common: I don't want to get up early in the morning.

I find that if I get a solid 5-6 hours of sleep, each night, I'm good to go.

I haven't required 8 hours of sleep in decades. All the 'studies' say I am sleep deprived but 6 hours is a sufficient night's sleep. When I sleep in on weekends I sometimes make it to 7 but usually still wake up after 6 hours.

My quality of sleep went into the shitter when I reached menopause.

I'm usually a bit sleep-deprived, and I go to bed later than most of my co-workers. Oddly, most of them sleep until noon on the weekends. I don't get up easily, but nor do I like to sleep away my precious days off.
