I only like the cinnamon flavored graham crackers. And I don't eat them that often.

For eating I prefer the cinnamon ones but use the plain & chocolate for crusts.

I haven't done this in a long time but I would get a glass of milk, and stuff in as many graham crackers that I could until they absorb all the milk and I have mush in the glass. Then I like to eat it!

They make for a good sandwich if you can find the right filling to put in-between them.
