Two 21-year-old college students in Harrisburg, VA threw snowballs at a city snow plow during Saturday's blizzard. The driver responded by calling the cops. When police responded to the scene, their unmarked vehicle also came under an icy assault The two students were arrested and charged with "throwing missiles at occupied vehicles." If convicted, they face up to 1 to 5 years in prison and $2.500 fine.
