Who has read this book and what are your opinions on it?
It is definitely at the top of my list of best dystopian future novels. What I find unusual though is generally it's tossed into the same category as 1984 and Brave New World, and yet where I live, it's not uncommon to find spare copies of Brave New World and 1984 at the book store and the thrift store, but at the same time there has NEVER, in all the years I've been shopping for books anyway, been a spare copy of Fahrenheit 451 on any of the shelves. I wonder why that is?
