Near Year's Eve 1999 going into the new millennium was a big day for us because for the first and only time we were able to go to buildings serving as indoor firework stands and buy fireworks to shoot off that night just like it was the 4th of July. It was a great night and I've always wondered since in the states where fireworks ARE allowed for the 4th of July when it's hot and dry, why shouldn't they also be legal for New Year's Eve when there's snow and ice for the sparks to drop on?
I think they should be instead of just the TNT poppers and guns and champagne bottles, what's everyone else think?
