Its a long hollow pasta shell you stuff it with ricotta and Mozzarella and put gravy over them in a pan and bake them int he oven. A little touch of heaven!

They are DAMN good! 
I LOVE making them (although we make 'em a bit different than in the pic, although the pic is the traditional way)! LOVE making them! They taste GREAT! That there is dangit delicious cuisine!

They also sell them already made all you have to do is put them in a pan and add the gravy. A good Italian deli would have them.

Oooh no, Ok I can't fuck with Ricotta cheese... Doesn't agree with my tummy.
