I think I am sort of ok at it. I don't hear all that well, so I read lips and that helps me hear when people are talking softly.

Never really tried, but don't think I'd be too good at it.
I remember being younger and seeing people say "Olive Juice" with no sound and it looking like they were saying "I Love You"
