Not "rude" persay, although its kind of an awkward conversation to have. How does that even come up in general discussion in the first place. The question itself is kind of "wierd" for anyone over the age of 14 because if a girl is asking, then you're natural assumption is that she's a ho who wants to sleep with you, and if a guy is asking you're natural assumption is that he is gay. Trust me, I would have no problem answering if anyone I knew (male or female) asked me that, I just can't see it comming up in casual conversation.

I guess it depends on who is asking but it is a pretty bizarre thing to ask during casual conversaton.

Why not? Any guy over 15 should be able to answer this question truthfully. Of course any guy who would be willing to answer this question should also be willing to prove it if necessary.

Depends on the kind of conversation we're having and if "my size" is necessary for something that might happen in the near future.

Truthfully it is kinda rude to ask. If you're so interested in my dick, come undress it in person.

men ask me my bra size all the time because they can see that they are ample. Why would it be rude to ask them their size? In "Where the Boys Are '84" a woman tells a male prostitute that before she buys the meat in a grocery store, she gets to see it thru the package" and then he strips. Guys judge me on the size of my breasts, why shouldn't i be able to decide if i like his size???

You all know that you know the size anyway... many men measure themselves! lol

By the time we're at the point of having such a conversation, chances are she'll see it before having to ask about how big it is.

I have a system I've always used so I WON'T have to ask--look at the hand size, NOT the feet. 4 out of 5 have members similar to their hands (long and skinny, short and fat, long and fat.......etc.). Many times the length will be the same as the distance from the bottom of the palm to the top of the middle finger.

Don't ask how I know this.

I suppose it could be if we are talking about something non-related and all of the sudden that question is asked out of the blue. But I would think that if someone asks that, the conversation was already a bit on the 'provocative' side and so, hey, whatever.

I would never ask. I like to be surprised.

A better question is, how many men would feel comfortable answering that question openly and honestly?
