| Eventually it would but there are times when eye for an eye is appropriate also, it's just a matter of not overdoing it I think, however that's done. | |

| I believe that captial punishment should be used only in the worst cases.. and when there is irrefutable evidence--- a serial killer keeps trinkets of his kills or is caught in the act of raping/killing someone. And i know that EVERY trial is supposed to be "beyond a reasonable doubt" or someone should not be convicted. Unfortunately, we all know that innocent people do get convicted. I think ONLY certain circumstances should allow death penalty. | |
