| Regular, I do not trust the diet versions. Although in yogurt I must choose low fat because the only other option is non-fat with aspartame in it, bleah. | |

| I prefer light Italian dressing.
There are a few juice I prefer "Light" as well.
Healthy choice cafe steamers and such are really good as well, and will go for those for the most part. | |
