Did anyone watch Detroit 1-8-7 last night? I was out, so I missed it. I DVR'd it, but haven't watched it yet.

Thoughts?

I think Detroit 187 is one of the best new shows of the season, but I hear it's struggling in the ratings.

It tends to beats Parenthood on NBC, but has been unable to top NCIS on CBS. I like the show a lot and hope that the often cancel-happy ABC sticks with it.

This past episode was the best of the season, with a few unexpected twists. Michael Imperioli is good in his role. His characters partner can be annoying, with his youthful naiveté and constant bantering with his wife over the phone about their newborn baby, but when push comes to shove, he shows that he's a good cop.

Is this show gone? I haven't noticed it in the listings. I watched it most of the time, and liked its intensity. I like Imperioli and thought it was a good role for him.

We loved watching this show. We actually thought it presented the old home town in a positive light--they solved more crimes the the real DPD.

I'm sorry it didn't make it. I often like shows that flunk.
