I've got another one. Those stupid '20 calories less, yeah skinny' yogurt commercials. 80 calories instead of 100, biiiiig whoop, HOWEVER, it takes 3500 calories to make a pound so you'd have to eat 175 cups of yogurt to lose one pound off of it.
