I resent them, and if forced into a position I don't want to be in, will either split or resort to guerrilla tactics. Ppl want to have some control of their lives and function better and healthier if part of the process instead of given no choices.

It depends on how It's presented. Like....I don't want to be FORCED to choose on something threateningly....but if my ultimatum is a choice that I just have to make, then I will do it.

I usually don't take well to being told what to do. Even on the job I can get pissy about it, which has gotten me into a little trouble. There is an ART to giving ultimatums, as proven by those who seem better at it.
