    Do you ever squeeze fresh juice by hand? We got a crate of oranges and a crate of grapefruits for Christmas so every day we squeeze one of them into juice. One of our neighbors swears by eating an orange or a grapefruit every day and you don't get sick, and he seems to have a good record to show for it so we'll see.

    Haven't done that in a long time. It takes a few oranges to make a glass of juice but its good.

    Pretty much, and it's so much easier just to go to fridge and pour from carton, still taste good.
