A Tomatoe, fresh Mozzarella and Basil salad with Olive Oil and fresh garlic?? A nice loaf of Italian bread and you have a nice meal!

Never had it, but just the Mozzarella and Italian bread alone make it something to consider!

Almost anything with basil, mozzarella and tomato is great. I would add a few cloves of roasted garlic..and foccacia bread.
