My baby is finally starting to go on me. My lock button is glitching out on me. It's locking the click wheel involuntarily. I'm going to Apple store tomorrow to see if they can replace it with a refurbished one.....if not, then I have to get another one. Drat.

Yeah, that sounds defective. When you go to the Apple store, have them do a demonstration.

They actually changed their policies, so I won't be getting a completely new refurbished one without paying like I did before. In any case, the iPod started working right right before I took it in....but I don't know how long that's gonna last. I want a 64G Touch....but it pains me to shell out $400 for it.

My Nano isn't holding a charge nearly as long is it used to. Maybe Santa will bring me one for X-mas ('cause I've been such a good boy this year!)
