    About half an hour sitting perfectly still while on the model stand in an art class.

    I'm always jealous of people who can draw this well. I can't draw a straight line lol The artist did a really good job.

    Yeah, Joan was really good. She did charcoal a lot and then tried pastel. This was her FIRST pastel.

    I wanted to buy this piece but she needed it for her portfolio. Oh, she was an amateur, these were done in an open drawing class at UM.(BTW, the robe was made by me)

    OH, on topic, this pose was standing at 20 minutes on the stand 5-min break then back in the same pose.

    Me too! I tried taking an art class in college... the first assignment was to gauge our abilities, and i thought i had done really well! Until I saw the rest of the classes work that is! Then I felt incompetent the rest of the semester... some people just have a natural ability --- and im not one of them plop
