    Are you good at "assuming"?
    Assuming what others will say or do. Assuming how movies or events will turn out. Assuming how a day will go. Etc.

    With certain things but I think there's usually a lot of truth in the expression "when you assume you make an ass out of u and me."

    Yes, usually. I think my husband gets a little tired of hearing "I had a feeling. . ."

    But once in awhile I can be SO off-base! Last Thursday I got up feeling a little better all-around than usual, yet three hours into the job I had such a nightmare of a morning that my boss let me 'out' for a few hours (but I returned in only 45 minutes).

    So much for the 'walking on sunshine' day I assumed I was going to have.
