When you pick up chicken breasts for cooking, do you get the regular bone-in variety or ever pop for the boneless, skinless kind? I know the boneless are more expensive, but they make the BEST kind of fried chicken, and pretty good baked in the crock pot too. Only place I wouldn't recommend cooking them is the barbecue grill, being smaller they dry out faster.

Most of the time I opt for the boneless, too. Largely depends on what I'm doing with it.

Almost always get the boneless. They're fine on the grill if you mallet them down a bit & cook them for less time. Sometimes they cook in just a few minutes.

Usually the bone. It's been a minute since I last cooked boneless chicken, come to think of it.

Depends on how I'm preparing the chicken. If it's for fried chicken, then bone in, if it's for some kind of stir fry or something, then boneless/skinless is what I get.
