    We had our ebay account hacked a few years ago. Someone started listing hundreds of ipods and other electronics under our seller ID. We noticed when the confirmations started showing up in our emails. THere was $500 in listing fees. It took ebay several days to straighten it out. They did pull the listings immediately and did cancel all financial charges...

    I've got a no life to call her own cyber stalker. There have been attempts on an email account. All this time I've thought I was just a simple gal. Guess I should be flattered that I'm so fucking fascinating.

    Back when MySpace was THE Social Network it was notorious for account hacking.

    I had a couple of mild ones where they changed my profile pic on my account. Just took me changing my password and fixing the damage.

    Then one guy set up a Shale! account with one digit difference. Had my profile pic and posted my fotos changing all the captions. IDK, coulda been one of the many cute boys I had on my friends at the time. The captions were actually kinda funny, me standing at the ruins of Tulum saying it was the Acropolis.

    Took a while sending the foto of me with my account # so they could delete the bogus one. He was making all sorts of lewd comments on underage teen accounts as Shale.

    Not too long ago, I logged onto my Twitter acct. that I never use and it had been hacked. There was spam going out for a span of about two weeks.
