I'd say for 13/14 and being dropped in a graduate POLICE course where every other student is a cop, and scoring higher on the exams than most of them, yes I think I did well my first semester.

I did horrible my freshman year and ended up on academic probation for two semesters.

I was prepared for English,writing,history, philosophy subjects. But I had trouble with College level Algebra, but I've always had trouble with math.

A friend of mine, several as a matter of fact, was on academic probation in college. It's when your GPA is so low that you have 'X' amount of time to get it back up or they kick you out, and in the meantime you can't apply for financial aid.
