| We have a Sony and a Kobo. Both can access our provincial library system. That was in fact why they were purchased {at different times of course} . | |

You go online from the kindle or from your computer or tablet to Amazon, pick a book you like in electronic format, pay for it and they send it to your tablet or kindle by what they call their whispernet. You have to have an account with them and they add on whatever you have a tablet or your computer or your kindle. Its amazing, it just appears on your kindle in a few minutes after you purchase it. The books stay on your Kindle or tablet and Amazon keeps a copy of them. The Kindle can hold over 5,000 books. | |
