I have been to one many years ago in Munich. I think it was Wagner. I would love to see The Ninth performed live.

Only one I went was for a local one when I was in elementary school. It was a class trip. Even though at the time I played in viola in school, I found it very boring.

Once, on a field trip. I thought it was pretty drab then but as I get older, I appreciate the musicianship of it. Still wouldn't make it a part of my recreational life though.
