    I am and it's weird, has anyone ever heard an explanation why some people are?

    It can't just be a physical thing as you can't tickle yourself.

    It must be a mental thing about being touched.

    Thoughts?

    Extremely. It is mental because sometimes even thinking about being tickled might start me to laugh.

    Sometimes. IDK why but my wife could not touch my chest without me going into tickle mode. Other ppl could, like a doctor or massage therapist, just my wife triggered it.

    When I was in the 3rd grade I was ticklish, then 3 of my older cousins transferred into my school district and I knew my life was about to become a living hell. I refused to laugh when they tried to tickle me and within a short time I was no longer ticklish. I am still not ticklish.
