I've been maintaining the same lifestyle for the past decade or longer, so the same. I just hope to continue biking 12 or more miles each day, running a mile or more several times a week. My diet is probably fairly healthy - I try to limit the amount of junk food and fat I take in.

There's always room for improvement, but put it this way I am living better today than I was 10 years ago but am doing alright now. So barring some unforeseen situation, I'll be alright in another 10 years.
