Much as I love buffalo flavor sauce, I just can't eat it. Tonight I prepared baked chicken marinated with it and it made me sick because of how hot it is. My mouth is still on fire and water didn't help.

Don't drink water. Drink milk or eat a slice of bread. Can't find a good mild recipe? Feel better.

When I do wings I always have celery & ranch dressing. It's good for counteracting the hotness of the sauce.

I prefer the hot sauce on the wings only I don't think I would like it on other chicken parts, your right much too hot for me as well!
