    Probably really a strange question to anyone who has not.

    If you built a house, had an additon or other reasons, have you ever picked rocks?

    It is a thankless job, for sure.

    Yes, I keep any rocks that I find in my yard or have dug up during outside projects. I use them to edge my gardens, and I also line them around the outside of the pool-fence to block leaves from blowing under the fence and into the pool.

    Yeah, I have. My great grandmother used to make me ans my cousins pick up all the big and sharp rocks in her yard and around her house. I remember one time she paid me 10 cents for all that Damn work.
