Who's seen this movie and what did you think of it?

I saw it on TV today for the first time and I loved it. I'd seen bits and pieces of it before but never the whole movie. The public school system needs MORE Joe Clarks.

I went to the library today to pick this movie up, they had the cover but the movie is out on loan, and I checked the computer, the copy from another city is also currently out. Seems to be somewhat popular right now, I wonder why.
