Around strangers definitely introvert, but once I know someone I'm far from it lol

When thrown into a group of strangers, I am likely to interract with them. You know the old guy who is not afraid to comment on just about anything. Sometimes you find ppl quite ready to talk when you make first contact.

It depends on why I'm in a room full of strangers. If it's a party, I'll mingle. If it's a room full of other people who got called for jury duty, I'm reading my book.

Depending on the stay I have talked with fellow jury pool members. The last time I had to be there every day for a week to be disqualified for a jury. We started getting to know each other - usually bitching about what a waste it was.
Another place I often strike up conversations with strangers is at the train station or airport waiting areas.

Pretty much I'm the same way.
But like Alan said, if it's a party I'll definitely mingle.
