Carrots are meant to be eaten, not drank.
Carotine is good for you - in the amounts you get by eating it, but drinking it can be too much and you can turn orange, especially if you combine it with tomato juice.

I like carrots and hate carrot juice. I hate V-8 juice because all I taste in it is carrot juice. UGH!

Never had straight carrot juice, I'll just stick to V8's.
