    Consulting a chiropractor Chiropractor

Have you ever consulted a chiropractor? I think I might. For the past two weeks, my neck and back have been stiff and I'm tiring very quickly.

I don't put much stock in claims that they can cure asthma and such but I've been going to one for years after putting up with a chronic pain in the neck for years before that. I'm still married but I feel much better.

    Ha Al!!

I thought about it many times. But I am actually a bit afraid to start. Many people swear by what good they can do for a person.

I've been a couple of times. Once when I had a pinched cervical nerve and it hurt every time I moved (Sleeping was impossible, the pain woke me every time I moved at night - and I couldn't lay on my back.)

The other time the hospital paid for the visits because I threw my back out (X-Ray showed my Lumbar/Sacral disc is missing Shocked ) at work putting a patient we thot was dying into the bed. He lived as I limped around for a week.

On both I stopped the return visits after a few weeks because eventually these thing tend to correct themselves with some exercises you can do at home.
