Does one bad apple in the morning put you in a funk for the whole day?

Does dealing with one difficult person early in the day put you in a foul mood or are you good at overcoming it?

I am about 50/50.

I'm about the same. It depends on the situation.

Not really, I may blow at the difficult person but that's it. I will never forget going with a friend to another town for the day. at the first store she gave a woman a looney (Canadian dollar coin)for a cart. After we put the cart away she discovered there was no looney in the cart. She bitched about that for the rest of the day. I got tired of hearing it, you'd have thought she had been cheated out of 100 bucks.

Gee. I was probably someone's bad apple this morning. There's a bus stop just around the corner on the main road getting out of our neighborhood. A bus had just pulled out but pulled off on what isn't much of a shoulder to pick up a straggler. There was probably enough room that I could have squeezed past and not been hit by oncoming traffic but I knew the bus was only going to be a few seconds. Well that wasn't good enough for the second car behind me. They're honking their horn, probably losing their mind at me. As I pulled off to get the paper about a half mile up the road they give me the horn again and probably the one finger salute. I wish I could have explained to them the reason I waited was because FUCK YOU!

In general, the latter.

Im pretty good at overcoming it.

Sometimes, usually it dosen't last.
