I read that Americans lost more than $30 billion worth of cell phones last year. Have you ever lost your cell? If so, did you ever retrieve it, or did you have to replace it?

I can't begin to tell you how many times I've lost my phone. More often I've had to replace it.

I lost my brand new phone on my birthday years ago, NO insurance. I couldn't see myself downgrading, so I forked over $250 and called it day.
I also left my phone in a movie theater once. Thank GOD the next day was sunday and it was booked for a church group lol. I came back and my phone was sitting up front at the register, waiting for me.
And how can I forget the time I left it in the community room at my old apartment complex? Dude found it and actually called my mom to tell her he was going to leave it in the rental office for me! I still recall that story from time to time to remember that there are good folks in the world.

I've lost my phone several times before, but always wound up finding it. Thus far I haven't had to replace one for that reason.
