    I drink red wine daily, beer occasionally and almost never drink distilled spirits.

    Liquor. I don't buy wine and don't like most I have tried. On the rare occassion I drink beer, it has to be very cold and in a bottle.

    Wine has no kick to me. And it's only "strong" when you consume a lot of it. If you drink a lot of wine at one time, that's when it sneaks up on you and sure, you'll get drunk then.     I also drink for them reasons I underlined as well, whether it's wine or liquor that gets me there. big grin

    Which is why, whenever I go to a restaurant or something, I prefer to order wine, or order on the rocks, cuz you can't make that any weaker. When I do make my own drink, I make it strong.
