Going back in time to change events in your life would be dangerous because you'd never be able to predict what the outcome is. Doing something even slightly differently 10 years ago could ultimately result in your premature death. So I doubt that I'd travel into the past (unless I could be 100% sure of what the outcome would be). And I certainly wouldn't go back to a time any earlier than the 1970's. Black folks didn't really have it that great back then (if you know what I mean). So I'd probably have to consider going to the future, but only for a visit. I'm pretty content living life in the "here and now", and wouldn't want to miss things in the present by skipping over them.
