Have you ever ordered wine in a restaurant and refused it after the initial tasting?

On the rare occasions we have wine with a meal we buy it by the glass so no. It's not like a sommelier gives me the cork to smell and a splash in my glass to swish around in my mouth like I know what I'm tasting. "Mmmm, vile, but not in a bad way."

I never order wine at a restaurant. We did eat at an upscale brew house and I had a beer sample that was horrid and said I didn't want a glass.

No I'm not that much of a stickler, unless it was especially expensive (but I wouldn't dig deep in my pockets for the most expensive bottle of wine a restaurant has on their menu.)
