Not really. Never had a problem with the size as marked not fitting.

No, if it dosen't fit then I throw it out and buy an new one. Most of the time though it fits perfectly.

I don't do bathing suits anymore since I don't go anywhere where they're needed but I always tried them on first when I did. Things don't always fit the way you expect lol

Yes, I do try them on, since Bikinis have to be snug but not squeezing my junk out the sides.

Yep. Just like shoes and clothes, different bathing suits can fit and be cut differently. If you're a size 10, it doesn't mean EVERY size 10 is going to fit the same.
