Poor guy...he just wants the feeling of the air between his cheeks! Or he's a show off. My son likes to take his five foot unicycle and ride it down the sidewalk (clothed) during rush hr. traffic on the main street here. He gets a kick out of seeing how slow the cars will go to watch.

However, we did have a young man who biked around Miami Beach in a T-back. He coulda been a traffic hazard 'cause he was kinda hot. It was legal tho.

And of course things are different in San Francisco!

honestly... NJ is liberal with many things... but a guy walking down my street naked would get his ass beat! everyone would assume he was some kind of pervert looking for some kids.
