I used to do a lot of work at home when I was salaried and considered management. But the new CEO said I did not qualify for what I was doing for 7 years and made me hourly.

There have been times when other employees have called to ask questions. It's really only when we hire someone new and they couldn't, for some reason, get a hold of management.
