Not especially but it certainly doesn't bother me when I see others.

Re: Holding hands in public
In the US it is usually a sign that ppl are intimate when they hold hands in public. I think it is nice and I have held lovers hands. I see men holding hands as well living in one of those more accepting islands in a sea of backward bigotry.
However, seeing ppl holding hands in parts of Europe and the Middle East is quite common - indicating they are just friends. It is shocking to Americans at first seeing all these guys in Turkey or India casually walking along holding hands.

Re: Holding hands in public
reminds me of "other" things i have done in public... one of the most embarrassing was when a bf and i were having sex in a jungle gym tube at night... we thought we were alone... and i was moaning and groaning... the tube was the kind that could swing back and forth--- and it was wildly swinging...
when a park ranger with a flashlight shined in our eyes brightly and yelled "Park's closed!!!" LOL

Other than with small children, I don't find it that necessary.

Not really, just because I'm not much of a "touchy, feely" kind of guy. But I have no problem whatsoever when I see other people doing it. It's just not really my thing.Chris wrote:Do you like to hold hands with people (lovers, kids, siblings, friends, etc., etc.) in public?
