Subject: Bringing up Baby (1938) Tue May 22, 2012 7:51 pm
Has anybody here seen this movie? I have, it's very funny, especially Cary Grant's rant about why he's wearing a pink robe says 'Because I just went GAY all of a sudden!', though from the same year I prefer Katharine Hepburn in the movie Holiday. Still, how this got knocked off IMDb's top 250 I'll never know.

Who cares? That's my point. The fact that my GRANDmother was a mere infant when this film was released further solidifies why I have relatively no interest in films from this era. I tend to like color.

The one I saw was in color, and they did a pretty good job with that one, not like when they colorized Miracle on 34th Street.
