Why do men who are balding try to comb their hair over their bald spot? I would much rather see a bald man than one with a comb over since on most men it looks ridiculous.
Yeah, go with nature. Those comb overs are just silly. I suppose becasue most guys only see the front, they don't see if from the sides or above. I know I was surprised in my 40s standing in a bank line looking at the monitor and for the first time seeing my round bald spot on the back of my head. Who knew? (Well my wife did - she used to kiss me there all the time - but she was a freak for Telly Savalas)
Here, ageing men dye their hair black, like it was in their youth and it too looks ridiculous. You see this head of jet black hair on a face with wrinkles and age spots. IF I had a head of hair that did not become salt & pepper by that age I would get grey streaks put in.
I don't know about Telly Savalas but to my mind the sexiest celeb ever was Yul Brenner. Saw a picture of him with hair and he was completely unremarkable, but bald he was a real turn on!

I have a pic of Yul Brenner with hair - 1942. It also shows his pubic hair and below that he was fairly remarkable. Can't post it here tho.

Because they just can't let go. Once you're officially balding, that shit is not coming back. I guess having hair means hanging on to your youth....somewhat.

Um WTL the Ten Commandments was Charlton Heston. I think Yul Brenner's famous movie was the King and I.

It was both. Brynner played Ramses II.
BTW, just read the bio on Wikipedia. He had a very interesting life. He's Russian and was raised in China, then went to Europe and eventually made it to America and film. They even mentioned the fotografer who took the nude pics in 1942.
