If you were arrested, would you smile when they take your mugshot photo? I guess it would depend on what charges I was facing, but I kind of think I would.

This is....hands down...the most thought provoking topic I have ever witnessed in my two years on this forum. Because I honestly don't know what I would do. I'd prob. have a neutral or blank look on my face.

Don't think I would because I'd be embarrassed as hell ~ and I don't smile when I'm embarrassed.
I suppose I might if I purposely got involved with something that I knew would throw my hide into jail and acquire notoriety for it (Occupiers, for example). Can't see that happening, tho'.

I really really doubt i would. I always am a lil speechless when i see those mugshots where they smile. If that was me being arrested would dampen my mood just a bit to where saying cheese wouldnt happen!
