Barnes and Noble kicks out grandpa for browsing children's books

I usually don't make a habit of throwing this word around but I would seriously love to know what the FUCK is the logic behind these employees blatant idiocy? When I brought this up before about how males are a damned sex because of things like this, everybody (not here of course) was very 'oh that doesn't happen, that's not true', you need further proof?

Oh,my. I think that is so sad. Why would anyone jump to conclusions about a grandfather buying kids' books?

I say screw that particular store. The brick and mortar book stores are unfortunately going to hell in a hand basket, and I normally feel bad about that, but I won't about this one if it does. They deserve all the bad p.r. they get.

I hope a lot of people complain to corporate about this. It's absurd. At the very least employees need to be trained if they lack complete common sense. Adults of all ages buy children's books. This paranoid trembling with fear needs to calm the fuck down.

The article said that the employees asked him to leave because another customer complained. I would have said, "Get her over here."

Yeah really, that sounds just a little too much like the time my brother got accused of stealing something from a store and one of the workers said they had it on video tape but he never showed anybody said tape or called the police like he threatened to do to show them said tape either.

This is total bullshit. First off, do they not train their employees to keep watch on the patrons? After all, books are an easy theft target. They could post signs but to me it would seem discriminatory. I think the old man has a good case for a lawsuit! Discrimination aside, it was also inflammatory.
