Cutting your nails too short Empty Cutting your nails too short

How often do you do this? I rarely get my fingernails cut too short, but the toenails are more difficult to work with and I got the big nail too short on one side tonight and it's sore as hell. I'm just glad I'm not a kid anymore because when I was little my parents had to cut my nails, and my dad always got them cut too short and at least once cut my fingers and got them bleeding. Luckily I never get them that short.

Funny cause I'm actually clipping my nails right now. Not too short though.

No problems. Becareful with that big toe though. If you cut it wrong it could grow back and become ingrown.

I have more than once cut the toenails too short and even nipped myself doing it.

Don't bite your toenails, Tony. Use a clipper for goodness sake. Wink

Well, my nails never grow too long anyway before they'll break on its own. I never cut my nails too short. In fact, I don't do them at all. I go to the nail salon. Or I'll file 'em.
