Had hives once. Never found the cause. Dear god they're awful. Never want that again.

Miliaria (Prickly Heat Rash) which is a sweat gland prob causing the rash in hot humid weather, like we get in July/August here in S. Florida. I haven't had it in years probably because I quit sweating thru uncomfortable evenings without A/C and now I turn it on as soon as I get home.

I am allergic to penicillin and this doctor knew that yet still prescribed me an antibiotic with a diff name but containing 'cillin. I had a rash EVERYWHERE except my palms and soles. Had to prescribe an antihistamine to get rid of it.
